How this website handles private requests, notification preferences, and community content.

Contact and reminder preferences

Email addresses, phone numbers, prayer choices, and consent are stored privately for the site administrator. Contact verification is required before prayer messages can be delivered. Use your private management link to edit preferences or remove your contact record. Keep that link private.

Prayer notifications

Resend email, Twilio text messaging, and a secure minute scheduler need to be configured before automatic prayer delivery becomes available. The reminder page shows their actual status. Carrier, email provider, and device delays can affect arrival time. Full adhan audio is not automatically played in a closed browser.

Prayer learning and AI conversations

The animated lesson works without an AI service. When the AI tutor is connected, submitted questions and the recent conversation you send are sent to OpenAI to produce educational answers. Chat history stays in this browser tab until it is cleared or closed. This website does not save question or answer history; OpenAI’s data policies and retention may apply. Avoid sharing private personal details. Follow your imam for personal religious guidance.

Requests, sponsorships, and reviews

Concerns, Islam support requests, and sponsorship registrations are private to the administrator. Sponsorship registration records interest and does not charge you. Reviews appear publicly only after moderation and with your consent.

Browser tools

Qibla location is requested only when you choose it and stays in your browser. Qur’an bookmarks, dua favorites, dhikr counts, and pilgrimage checklist choices may be saved on your device when you opt in. They are not sent to ISGH. Browser push requires permission and can be turned off. Calendar alarms depend on your calendar application’s settings.

Payments and external links

Donations continue on the verified ISGH PayPal checkout; this website does not collect card details. Links to Qur’an resources, maps, social platforms, and official ISGH pages open services with their own policies.
